Legal notes for spinpalace.co.nz
These terms cover Spin Palace, the independent publisher. They do not replace Fair Go Casino’s own terms, privacy policy, or bonus rules.
1. Who we are
Spin Palace operates this static website at spinpalace.co.nz. We publish information about Fair Go Casino and may earn a commission when you follow a play, login, or sign-up link. We are not the casino, not a payment processor, and not a licensee.
2. Acceptable use
You must be 18 or older to use this site. Do not scrape us into a competing mirror, do not frame our pages as Fair Go’s official helpdesk, and do not attempt to interfere with the static files we ship to Cloudflare Pages.
3. Affiliate disclosure
Every Play, Sign up, and Login button opens Fair Go Casino. That is a commercial relationship. It does not change your Fair Go account contract, which is solely with the operator.
4. No warranties
Bonuses, payment methods, and game lists change. We aim to keep pages current but offer them “as is”. Confirm figures in the Fair Go cashier before you deposit. Nothing here is legal, tax, or financial advice.
5. Privacy

7. Intellectual property
Spin Palace art, copy, and the jewel-crown mark on this domain are ours. Fair Go names and logos remain the operator’s. See the media block on Contact before you republish.
8. Liability
To the extent New Zealand law allows, we are not liable for gambling losses, FX costs, or operator decisions (including bonus voids and KYC delays). Your statutory rights are not excluded where they cannot be.
